The Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo represents the supreme act in the normative hierarchy of the juridical order of the Republic of Kosovo, but the Constitution of Kosovo is more than just a bundle of constitutional provisions and it does more than defining the bodies of state power and the count of rights and human freedoms. This constitution gave life to independence and shaped the state of ours, while Kosovo’s citizens gave honors and obligations to realize the constitutional ideals that are set there.
